Harden Murrumburrah Urban Design Initiative

The client Kruger Trust,  recognised a need for an increase in a broad scope of residential housing, as well as an in depth analysis of the primary social, environmental and cultural factors within the North side of Harden Murrumburrah. The analysis took specif􀃶c details of its street trees/lights, fencing, main roads/lane-ways and how they correspond with each other. Focusing on the layout of a particular block and how each housing placed corresponds to open areas or industrial sites. A general analysis of the proposed site was then undertaken along with a brief recognising the primary demographic for the masterplan.
